Campus Apprenticeships
Campus Apprenticeships enable you to help build the Belle Ame Dream on campus through extended, real-world experience in a skill you're ready to take to the next level. Apprentices are typically invited to apply, having already participated the Folk School or other campus programs.
Apprentices live on campus and become a consistent part of the campus community. Most of their time is spent working on the specific area of their apprenticeship to the benefit of campus operations. In between, they join in other campus experiences. Each apprentice works and learns under the tutelage of an experienced personal mentor.

Your Preparation
Apprentices come to campus with a foundational experience in their area. They have learned and practiced the basics, and are ready to take their abilities to the next level.
Opportunity at Campus
Whether managing campus food gardens, planning events, or designing new developments, apprentices deepen their experience doing real work that matters and lasts.
Expert Mentorship
Apprentices follow the age-old pattern of learning with the guidance of an experienced mentor. Mentors meet regularly with their apprentice to plan, review, and discuss ongoing projects.
